| Abortion:
Is the unborn a human being?
Option 1. If you believe
the unborn is a human being, you must defend the life of the unborn
child, as you would defend the life of any other innocent human
being.
Option 2. If you are not sure whether the unborn is a human being,
you must defend the life of the unborn. When a hunter sees movement
in the bushes, he must not shoot until he is absolutely certain that
he is not shooting at a human being. If you are unsure whether there
is a human being in the womb, you must not assume the life in the
womb is not a human being, in case it actually is.
Option 3. If you believe the unborn is not a human being, but cannot
prove your belief, you must defend the life of the unborn. If you
cannot prove that the life in the womb is not a human being, then,
while you're entitled to your belief, you must defend the life of
the unborn, because you fall under option 2 above (i.e., you're not
sure whether the life in the womb is a human being).
Option 4. If you can prove that the unborn is not a human being, you
must provide that proof for everyone to see. The burning question
is, can you prove it? Honesty is required here. Do you have the
knock-down arguments and evidence to prove it and put an end to the
heated debate? If not, then you must admit that you fall under
option 2 above, and you must defend the life of the unborn.
God Bless.
Adam.
